Pros
Pros would be very minimal. Genuinely have a hard time coming up with any other than that at this location. It's in the mall and you have decent networking opportunities.
Cons
As my first con. Would be those 'decent networking opportunities'. The company forces you to network in other stores in the mall and all of those stores begin to hate just seeing you around. My DM would make me go into every store and try to poach employees. Awful guy. Especially considering we were paying associates $8.25/hr and he would make me lie to them about pay and then force me to fire anyone who brought up pay. Then when holidays came around and I was working 60 hour weeks every week all year. He'd tell me to put in more hours (because over time was calculated differently due to commission) and try harder and then write me up for not having the amount of employees required. I'd literally walk into stores to talk to store managers about any applicants they aren't accepting just to try and find people and they'd just make me leave. I worked at other stores in the mall and was absolutely loved before I had that job. Now I can't even work in the mall again because of this guy and the company. Another con was pay. There was a base pay and commission pay and the more hours meant the lower the hourly wage. It was never worth it. Forced to work upwards of 70 hour weeks and minimum of 50. Awful place with Awful higher management.
