Pros
It is a place to learn retail and sales then move on, upper management does not expect to keep managers long... turn and burn
Cons
District managers are alowed to play favorites and promote their friends in to positions that they are undeserving of. If you don't play the political game and are just a hard worker you will not go far as the district manager spends a lot of time with the store managers and likes it to be a "hang out session" rather then a productive meeting. If you try to get help or training you are replaced as the motto is "I don't try to change people, I just change prople" Saying if you can't figure it out I will find someone who can. Education is not valued... my college degree was replaced with a GED.
