Processes are still being established because of rapid company growth. Normal growing pains.

Great company in a great industry, supporting one of the largest container terminal operations in the Western Hemisphere (Fenix Marine Services in the Port of Los Angeles). Keelson started only 2 years ago and has grown substantially. It has a positive, high-intensity, intellectually-stimulating work environment. It still has the entrepreneurial feel of a small business, but the scale of a larger enterprise. People who embrace that thrive here. I'm also very excited about what lies ahead in the future, as the intent is to continue this growth trajectory. We just added new office space, which more than 50% occupied. I would highly recommend Keelson as a great place to work.

Not that man Cons to mention. 2 years ago, Keelson was a startup. This came with what most would call typical challenges, which have for the most part have been overcome.
