Pros
Keiter contributes to your 401K, whether you elect to contribute or not. They also contribute to your HSA if you are in the high deductible plan..... again, whether you contribute or not. Paid Time off is generous and based on hours- not weeks. So if you take a week off in the summer-- you really only use 34.5 hours of your PTO, due to reduced summer hours and 1/2 day Fridays. Health insurance is not the best, but the upcoming year the cost is decreasing, as Keiter is contributing more to the plan. Health insurance is dependent on claims-- not necessarily the Company providing. Very flexible schedules and the Opportunity to work from home are great
Cons
Only health insurance costs-- but know it is dependent on claims not Keiter offering.
