Decent pay, supervisors are flexible

Very demanding job environment. Upper management puts extreme pressure on production workers to stay in time with the ever changing production schedules. You can start a job and as soon as you finish setup you’re getting pressure to break down and set up on something new which creates to a stressful environment that crates safety concerns. Someone died here! Company will push out good, hardworking employees but will refuse to make changes when people are failing to execute their job. Upper ammagement will walk thru to show pace pretending to care but at the end of the day, the most important thing at Kenmore is producing envelopes. The “people first” thing is a joke and grossly untrue.
