The company lacks organization, communication, innovation, and leadership. Ironically, these are the core values of the company. Senior employees are lazy which leaves others to pick up the slack without recognition. Management praises salary employees who are stuck in their ways and don’t do their job. Training is little to nonexistent and I had to learn from an outside source. I went to HR and management regarding conflict with a coworker and I was told to accept it. PTO accrual sucks and it is extremely difficult to get the holidays off. You will be forced to work weekends, there is no work/life balance. Also, 80% of the company only speaks Spanish.
