Pros

Solid, traditional company with great values. For the most part, people are very friendly and professional. Manufacturing is first class. Environmental compliance is commendable. Prima donnas aren't welcome. Tremendous sense of doing things the right and proper way.

Cons

Resistance to change. Too much focus on trailing indicators. Small town mindset. Outsiders and new ideas are not well accepted. Too much passive aggressive behavior because everyone tries to be "nice" to one another in person. Discussions and meetings rarely have any conflict and when they do it is not received well. Neenah is a huge silo. Many initiatives and projects go nowhere because of resistance to change.
