Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Excellent benefits and a beautiful campus that includes an awesome perks such as a gym, nurses and cafe. If you start with them young, they are a great company to grow with.

Cons

I felt my interview was very positive and the job sounded perfect. However on my first day I quickly realized i was hired for a position that was completely different then what was told in the interview. I have an MBA with 10+ years experience and was hired to answer calls coming in on their 800 line. I found out later that KCC is known to hire over qualified people at very low positions and making them work through the ranks. Also there is a level system 1-14 with 14 being the lowest. If you are applying, be aware of what level the position you are applying for is as you have to stay in a position for 18+ months before you can move to another position and unless you know someone, you can only move within 2 "ranks" of where you are. Therefore if you are hired at a level 14, you can only apply for level 13 or 12.
