Very very busy.. Not much growth worked for 5 years and never moved up.. Owners are very on you for results

If you have any type of disability they will discriminate against you 110% they do not like anyone who can not be in constant pain and misery the entire time you are "clocked in"

Cons

Low pay, low moral, and you have to be super super squeaky clean in criminal background and especially credit only "perfect people" (brainwashed) can possibly work here
