Everyone is so friendly, and owners are seen often and interact with you regularly. Really great company atmosphere.

Cons

Always busy, you are expected to provide above and beyond service which can be hard on days where you yourself are running low

Pros

If you have any type of disability they will discriminate against you 110% they do not like anyone who can not be in constant pain and misery the entire time you are "clocked in"

Cons

Low pay, low moral, and you have to be super super squeaky clean in criminal background and especially credit only "perfect people" (brainwashed) can possibly work here
