Pros

- Genuinely friendly and caring coworkers and managers - Family-owned, great positive company culture - Flexible scheduling and good hours - no evenings or Sundays - Happy customers, fun place to work - Owners and upper management often present and helping staff during busy times - Employee discount and free cookie and drinks during every shift

Cons

- Hours are limited the first few months of the year, but that's the seasonal nature of the job and it is clearly explained during the interview process - Pay is average, but the perks of working here are great

Pros

If you have any type of disability they will discriminate against you 110% they do not like anyone who can not be in constant pain and misery the entire time you are "clocked in"

Cons

Low pay, low moral, and you have to be super super squeaky clean in criminal background and especially credit only "perfect people" (brainwashed) can possibly work here
