absolutely none today. if they would really start building the "one global company" as board is talking about already for years, this might improve, but no employee expects this to happen anymore
Cons
there are huge fights between board level members against each other no common objectives and strategies, so fire fighting is daily business no trust for employees and managers who take the lead to transform their own functions communication style is missing any respect and value to employees even though most staff members know what needs to be done, the top executives prefer to talk to investors and their consultants, who increase the chaos with new ideas every other day
