Incompetent leadership, micro management, no structure, no vision, poor strategy

No transparency from very unprofessional management. Company resources utilized unwisely by management. Communication breakdown between management and employees. HR and managers avoid answering employee questions. Sales director is another joke and has no business mind, the blind leading the blind. Revenues have been down year after year. Upper management would do anything for their own promotions and raise, including cutting employee benefits.
