Pros

There is a good benefits package. The location is nice. Ample parking as well. The CEO is a friendly person and seems interested in the employees.

Cons

Morale is very low within the corporation. There is a general theme of "under appreciated" and "under paid" amongst the workers. Management does not seem concerned with contributing to growth of employees. Upper management appears oblivious to the dis-ease within the company.

There was definitely flexibility in terms of time off for personal matters. The people who work there are fun to be around.

The pay is under what market rate is. Market strategy could improve.

to much history. A lot of the old timers hold on too the way that things were done before
