Unfortunately, there a few influential people who whine and back stab; upper management listens to them. If you are not part of the legacy mafia that currently runs Poway, you won't be there long. You will get no training on internal systems and then get lectured for being inefficient. Received NO training on software tools I was expected to use for my job and when I did my best to self-train and still output quality work, immediate manager chastised me for being 'too slow'. Of course the same manager did not have any skills/experience with the tools either and was no help; no offer to get any formal training either. Pathetic.
