      Pros

      Fairly easy to adapt to the work environment. The workload is very manageable and rewards those who wish to be entrepreneurs of their own experience. Collaborative work environment with few barriers between Managing Directors and Analysts.

      Cons

      Compliance and regulation can be a dry and monotonous subject matter. Analysts are often left with the lion's share of mundane tasks and are selectively looped into higher level projects.
