Waste of time - Arrogant Managements, Supervisor and Leads Kuehne+Nagel Employee Review

Don't waste your time to work in the warehouse for this company, at least not in cranbury, NJ. Unless, you are spanish. Manager, Supervisor and some leads are arrogant and have no respect for employees. The rule in this warehouse is "everybody is replaceable", therefore management keeps hiring and terminating employees for no apparent reason. If you are of any race except spanish, do not work at this place. You will be wasting your time! Management thinks that they are doing you a favor by offering you a job, forgetting that without employees working their ass off to get the job done, He, the manager will not have a job either.
