Management does not treat everyone equal. Favorites are chosen and rules and policies do not apply to them. Every department follows a different set of rules. Supervisors and Managers talk down to employees. Pay increases do not exist. Expect you to work around the clock if they need you but when you need to makeup time or catch up, they don’t let you. Moral is low in all departments and employees don’t feel they can talk without revenge taken out on them.
