Management is on a power trip and only promotes “yes men”. Family is allowed to work under each other so a lot of relatives were/are in management. It's honestly a takeover at this point. Don't expect to be promoted if a relative wants it. Textbook harassment and discrimination, and when reported retaliation. Your coworkers are great people however once they cross over to management it’s a different story. It’s as if they aren’t allowed to be great leaders to help their teams. One was even told not to be close to their team so they respect you. It’s baffling. If you work here while the current management is still there, well, expect to be moved constantly regardless of what career path you want. You are their pawn. No overtime, no extra help coming, they will overwork you and give you a gold star for it. Maybe an extra day to work from home. Not a raise or promotion.
