Pros

There is one work from home day.

Cons

Apply here if you enjoy toxic work environments, favoritism, and being treated like a high schooler. They micro manage you to hell and don’t care about what their employees want. A tree fell on my house and instead of letting me wfh they made me use sick time when I could’ve easily worked from home. Also at the beginning of the year if you have roll over vacation time you have to use it before April god forbid you were saving it for something later in the year like I was just to get written up because you ran out of vacation days they made you use… Absolutely terrible work culture. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul. Oh and did I mention little to no room for advancement unless you are friends with management.

Very elementary level work for an experienced inventory specialist Lots of independent work Great work life balance with 3 and 4 day work weeks

Cons

Too easy and repetitive Hard work only gets you so far If you start through a staffing agency you have to work 9 months straight with perfect attendance to get benefits. Rarely any raises or bonuses Low pay
