Long days, long hours, not great pay

It’s fun and people are nice

Working at Lagoon was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. In my experience, ride management didn’t seem to care when employees were struggling in the heat. I felt like concerns about overheating and possible heatstroke weren’t taken seriously, and that was incredibly frustrating. Instead of feeling supported, I felt pressured to keep working even when I wasn’t feeling well. I also felt like if I passed out or couldn’t keep working because of the heat, my job was at risk. That’s a terrible way to treat employees. The whole experience left me feeling angry, stressed, and completely unappreciated. Employees deserve better than that.
