It's an honor to support Veterinarians and the hospital teams in the important, oftentimes difficult work they do daily. Lakefield truly has a family atmosphere where culture isn't just a tag line, it's the most important piece of our puzzle! We're still growing, so there's always room for new ideas and feedback - individual voices are important.

Cons

Not exactly a con, but there is an ever-growing number of projects to complete and not as many resources as I wish we had. This is really exciting, and common with growing companies, and I can't wait to grow our team!
