Pros

I recently joined Lakefield's marketing team at their headquarters in Kent, WA. The marketing team is a lot of fun, we get to interact with executives, interact with clinics, and have monthly team lunches. The hybrid work from home/in office schedule is great.

Cons

The company is expanding and hiring quickly, so I imagine there may be some growing pains along the way, but that's expected at a growing company.

I love the environment . I learn so much from all the team members. Everyone is very dedicated to giving knowledgeable, compassionate care to the animals. I am encouraged by the team and I love going to work.
