Great benefits, typically good company. Had some amazing coworkers. Overall good idea and thoughts behind the company.

Cons

Very long hours, moderate to high stress environment. Practice managers given too much power and act like tyrants at times. Saw them bully many people and got to experience it personally. Was unable to provide feedback going to management where I could safely express concerns. Expect to work weekends often with weekdays being off days.
