Pros

There are no longer any pros to working here anymore. It's just hanging by a thread. Its very sad.

Cons

We no longer have enough staff to perform quality care, we find ourselves working with 1 cna and 1 Respiratory Therapist. The staff has been told that if they don't like it then they can leave and that's exactly what they've done and they aren't replaced because there are not any applicants or because of budget cuts. Staffing is overworked and extremely stressed out. The morale is very poor. We don't get the annual merit raise anymore which has been like that for years now after it dwindled down to a mere 1%. The patients and family complain about the care but with as many high acuity patients we have, getting to them all in a timely manner is virtually impossible. I can't believe state hasn't investigated yet. This place is either closing its doors or the owner is too consumed with the landmark in Florida.

Pros

I just finished my last shift at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Missouri and I am already missing all of the wonderful people that I've had the privilege to work with. It has been such a great experience here and I've made so many friends. Thank you to all of you for treating me like family and making so many great memories! I will come back and visit.

Cons

Only the usual complaints you would have working at any hospital.

Come back any time! We love hearing that our culture has been a positive work experience for both employees and agency nurses!

Pros

Not a bad facility or group of people to work with. Physician owned, forward thinking in care.

Cons

Insurance is pretty expensive and weak. Once the corporate consultants came in it got weird.

Thanks for your positive comments regarding patient care; patient care is always our focus. Although we have left the SWFL market in mid-2025, we have listened to our employees and made changes to improve insurance options. In early 2024, we partnered with ADP TotalSource to provide more fully insured options to the employees and have garnered positive reviews over the past 2 years for both in-network provider coverage and ease of claim processing.
