Pros

love my ability to WFH and the relationships ive built with employees throughout my time with Landmark.

Cons

Poor upper management. Very unorganized. Not one person has a single set of duties outside of nursing. Very little communication about when or how things change until days maybe even weeks later when someone reaches out due to expectations that employees will spread the message to each other vs informing all employees at one. While some people are overworked others are underworked but more than capable of performing certain duties which is just disorganization in how management sets expectations for certain roles.

Pros

I just finished my last shift at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Missouri and I am already missing all of the wonderful people that I've had the privilege to work with. It has been such a great experience here and I've made so many friends. Thank you to all of you for treating me like family and making so many great memories! I will come back and visit.

Cons

Only the usual complaints you would have working at any hospital.

Come back any time! We love hearing that our culture has been a positive work experience for both employees and agency nurses!

Pros

Not a bad facility or group of people to work with. Physician owned, forward thinking in care.

Cons

Insurance is pretty expensive and weak. Once the corporate consultants came in it got weird.

Thanks for your positive comments regarding patient care; patient care is always our focus. Although we have left the SWFL market in mid-2025, we have listened to our employees and made changes to improve insurance options. In early 2024, we partnered with ADP TotalSource to provide more fully insured options to the employees and have garnered positive reviews over the past 2 years for both in-network provider coverage and ease of claim processing.
