Pros
I don't have a pro at all. DO NOT WORK HERE>
Cons
If you’re thinking about working here, don’t be fooled by the branding.. The biggest issue is management. In my experience, leadership was disorganized, out of touch, and far more focused on protecting monthly numbers than actually supporting staff or prioritizing patient care. There was constant pressure to hit sales goals, often with little regard for what was best for the patient. At times, I felt staff were pushed to say whatever was needed to keep patients from requesting refunds or to protect monthly metrics, which created an uncomfortable and ethically frustrating environment. Communication was inconsistent, expectations changed constantly, and there were too many people involved in decisions who didn’t seem to understand the reality of clinic operations. Instead of solving problems, management often created more of them and pushed the stress onto frontline staff. The job itself could have been rewarding, but the leadership made it chaotic and exhausting. If you value transparency, ethics, and a workplace that genuinely supports both employees and patients, this likely isn’t the place for you.
