Pros
I love the people I work with, we are like a family. The job is relatively stress free. Decent pay (compared to other med spas), discounts on services, fun work environment. Protocols are very straight forward, nurses are not micromanaged, support from medical regionals when needed.
Cons
Benefits need to improve for full-time employees. If you work in a clinic that doesn’t provide full 8 hour shifts, then you are forced to work 5 days a week to keep your benefits. Vacation time accrues so slowly that you cannot request more than a few days off at a time without fear of losing your benefits (which are very expensive to begin with). No paid holidays. If the clinic is closed for Thanksgiving or Christmas, those count as your regular days off or you have to use your own vacation time.
