Disappointing - Shift Leader Lazy Acres Natural Market Employee Review

Terrible management throughout, from top of the chain to bottom. I’ve been an employee for over 10 years and it started out great the quickly went down hill and completely killed the desire to grow with the company. Management shows too much favoritism in many ways especially sexually. If you are not their girlfriend then you will not be considered for any opportunity. Even when this is reported it is protected and the favoritism continues. They have really broken the soul of true hardworking deserving employees and have shown us that we are just another number that doesn’t matter to them.
