Everyone is expendable and it is blatantly expressed so therefore no job security. Upper management only cares about bottom line and numbers and you are just a number to them. Sales runs this company and can get away with murder. Installation is blamed for any mistakes made and will be terminated for it in a heartbeat. Upper management does not care about subcontractor installers when they are the driving force. Sales could be stealing from company or be harassing others and still not be touched with no repercussions. There is no work life balance and management expects you to work 7 days week with no days off.

I’ve traveled to over 30 offices with Leaf Home. Morale is terrible across the board. Not a single employee I have ever interacted with is happy. It’s one of the most toxic places I've ever been associated with. Take this warning seriously: you DO NOT want to work here. It’s like a poison that seeps into your soul; your health will suffer, and your family life will deteriorate as you're expected to be available from the moment you wake until the moment you go to sleep. This company will consume your life and reward you with a 1% yearly raise. Then, if the corporate office decides the company will increase profits by one dollar without you, you will be gone in a heartbeat. If you are in the PA, OH, WV area, the director you’ll deal with is spineless, never on your side, will never fight for his team members, and would step on his own mother to curry favor with his superiors. Again; YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE.
