Manager is always on vacation. She often does not know what people's jobs entail or should entail so her way of supporting you is by sending 'encouraging' bitmoji's. She has favorites whom she gives way too much power to. There is no room for growth at this site and manager will not support your growth either. Instead, she will just add on duties to your already stressful job and get upset if you ask to be paid more. There is no open discussion AT ALL about how to get a raise or move up in the pay steps. She will refuse to speak about it. IF you have kids, you better hope and pray they don't ever get sick because this manager is anti-kids and will shame you for it. Learn4Life is supposed to be about helping students including teen parents, but this manager does not allow students to bring their kids on site so we lose a lot of students because of this. She openly discusses confidential information on the site floor with other staff and even though she has about 3 different offices she could use, she refuses to do so therefore students are always listening and aware of issues going on amongst staff. The educational reimbursement program is great but it would be more worth it if it actually helped you move up in the company, which it doesn't. Most people at this site are looking and waiting for other employment opportunities just to stop working under this manager.
