Pros
It's fine if you're looking for a really intense hobby.
Cons
The college as a whole is incredibly disorganized. There is not communication between departments, and no communication from department heads to staff, even when staff asks specific questions and follows up on the inquiry. The college is spending who knows how much money overhauling all the paint and furniture over the entire campus, but they can't bother to pay their staff enough to make even just two jobs pay the rent. If you care about the students, you will put in twice as much work as you are paid for. And as soon as enrollment looks like it might possibly drop, they will drop you. There is absolutely no job security even month to month, and paychecks are incredibly delayed at the beginning of every semester. Do not work here if you have any other option.
