As a fresher,they give you designation as trainee. After completing 6 months probation you are still trainee till the appraisal, that they are giving after 1.5 years. There is no support on training, they just gave you some documentation link and tell to do task. They want from employees to work 12 hours a day. In your working hours they are tracking you with time doctor application, That what you are doing in your pc they also turn ypur screenshots on. HR are really too silly. Project managers don't have proper knowledge about projects just depends on tech lead. They are really stupids.
