Fire you without any reason

This is an worst company to work. They are giving too much pressure. CEO is involving in every project and behaviour against developers is too bad. He is not having sense how to talk. Everyone deserves respect and he is not respecting anyone. CEO is just expecting to complete a full project in just 1 day . And asking all the developers to work 18-20 hours without any extra pay. His behaviour is really worst. He is the toxic person of the company. You even can't survive an day with him. At the time of appraisal they are just terminating most of the employees which having appraisal. And hiring new freshers with 2.5 years of bond with check of 2 lakh rupees. Managers not having any idea about IT. They are not even listening any thing. And not getting understanding whats going on. HR department is too bad. Our salaries are always crediting late between 6-8 date of month. Never join this company. And seniors also not having good knowledge. And not helping their juniors. They are too worst. Work with them is like hell. SO NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. They will give you that much of work, that your brain stops working.
