You are taking oxygen in LeewayHertz only this is pros . Otherwise you will feel just like a dead body
Cons
There is not limit of cons . They give so much pressure and working environment is so much bad . You will only do lunch and dinner otherwise there is no time limit to work . You can't spend single time with your family even you will forget that you are living with your family. They want you work atleast 12 hours in a day without any incentives . Even they will not provide proper training to employees but want proper work . Do not join this company because they fired all senior developers because of salary now they have only trainees . They track your time with time doctor application even anytime they can start your screenshot they can sew your laptop screen . It means ,in your life there will be no privacy everything is recorded by this company. If you are expecting more salary then forget about it because as a fresher they give appraisal after 1.5 years but in 1 years they fired by which they didn't need to increase salary and hire another trainee this is the process of this company. And what I say about salary, never on time almost take 7-8 days more days. Some employees afraid every month before getting salary that they fired any time so there is no job security. Here project manager haven't any knowledge in anything but they are doing job as a project manager. I want to say many more but there is no limit of cons. But at last I will say join this company you want to ruin your life and career permanently
