      Pros

      Full benefits even if employed part-time. Meet lots of great co-workers. Job gives good experience in acute mental health care.

      Cons

      Over qualified employees are not being compensated based on experience and education. Pay is not high enough. Lack of communication from management/management seems very distant and uninvolved in actual management of staff. High-stress and constantly under-staffed.

      You get decent health insurance,

      Cons

      Miniscule yearly raises even when workload increases due to changes from management to increase revenue, no employer match on retirement account for a year then slow vesting, patient demographic, gossip and bickering among employees, etc.
