Pros
pay, medical benefits and retirement. as well as option to grow in your position. the people you work with and around are easy to get along with throughout the whole hospital.
Cons
be patient nothing is done in a hurry. well I should say as an employee as a patient hands down the best place around to be if you need to be in a hospital. there is lack of respect towards leadership which is unfortunate. when it's damaged at the top it usually trickles down .
