Pros
Non-management level staff try to support one another in lieu of receiving support from management. Field staff seem to genuinely care about their patients and work hard to support them despite manufactured barriers created by management.
Cons
The worst management imaginable. There is a particular RN clinic supervisor that actively works against good employees. Micromanaging employees who work remotely amounts to creating problems that are not there and ends up doubling the day to day work. Employees are penalized for the failures of management — when census drops low, you can expect that you’ll be sent home without pay and without choice in the matter. Patients suffer as a result and management does nothing to support field staff or patients.
