I have been with LSL in Florida for over 3 years now. The support I get from our Regionals and Divisionals is incredible. I love my immediate team as well.nwe are truly a family. It trickles down from the top starting with our CEO and Home Office. I am blessed to work for a company that matches my morals and values and doesn't compromise for our Residents of the Team members.

The residents are the pros. I enjoy taking care of them and making them happy.

Cons

Expecting a 5 star hospitality experience with instantaneous response times for every resident. Management does not help when there are staffing shortages. They won’t help answer call bells or assist in the kitchen. Legend wants to run the shift with the bare minimums for staff to resident ratios. Having to be an aide changing soiled briefs to then passing meals in the dining room is insanitary. They want you to do extra work but don’t want to pay overtime. Your shift is for 8 hours minus 30 minutes for an unpaid meal break that you must take. So you never get a 40 hour work week pay, only 37.5.
