Pros

This is a place where vision, execution, and culture actually align. The CEO has a rare combination of drive, clarity, and empathy. He works incredibly hard, leads by example, and keeps the team focused on what really matters. The company moves fast, ships constantly, and has a genuine product-building culture that rewards creativity and ownership. Product, engineering and design are treated as core strengths, not afterthoughts, and the level of ambition and execution is inspiring. The product is growing, being adopted by real users, and it genuinely feels like we’re building something that matters.

Cons

Honestly, no real negatives just an environment built for people who love to create great things.

Pros

The trajectory here is super exciting, and you're surrounded by intellectually sharp colleagues who push you to do better work. The office perks and amenities great and the work itself is captivating, never dull. On top of that, the org structure stays flat and ego stays low, so good ideas get heard regardless of title.

Cons

To me, it's not a con, but this place moves fast, and the only constant is change. If it's a fit for you, there's no better place to be, but it can be overwhelming for people who aren't ready for that pace. There's a lot of work to get through, and this isn't a 9 to 5, so you need to be genuinely passionate about what we're building from day one.
