      Pros

      - Passionate employees who are all genuinely excited and driven to create a generation-defining company - Ability to make an impact. There's no shortage of work to be done, processes to improve, ownership, etc. It's great for people who want to come in and deliver results fast. - It's truly a global organization, which is exciting. We've announced a lot of new locations and have a diverse, global company

      Cons

      - Pace is challenging and won't be for everyone - A lot of priorities all at once. It's a reflection of the pace of the AI industry, less about Legora. You'll have to juggle a lot, which can be energizing for the right people

      Pros

      The people! Everyone is awesome and I always say our people team is doing an amazing job not only bringing the sharpest brains to this company but also the absolute nicest. We work hard and have accomplished so much, it's a team effort and it really shows in how we treat each other.

      Cons

      We work really hard but the rewards are worth it! Legora really takes care of their employees.

      Pros

      The trajectory here is super exciting, and you're surrounded by intellectually sharp colleagues who push you to do better work. The office perks and amenities great and the work itself is captivating, never dull. On top of that, the org structure stays flat and ego stays low, so good ideas get heard regardless of title.

      Cons

      To me, it's not a con, but this place moves fast, and the only constant is change. If it's a fit for you, there's no better place to be, but it can be overwhelming for people who aren't ready for that pace. There's a lot of work to get through, and this isn't a 9 to 5, so you need to be genuinely passionate about what we're building from day one.
