      Pros

      Extreme ownership culture where everyone builds and grows together. Really strong team mentality, real trust between colleagues, and a steep learning curve that pushes you to learn and develop fast. You genuinely feel like you're winning as a team!! Lots of lovely colleagues from all over the world & lots of things happening outside of office hours (run clubs, hackathons, biking, bouldering etc.) Just genuinely a great place to be at!

      Cons

      Intense pace (most of the time in a good way), but not a typical 9 to 5. There's a lot of ambiguity at times, so if you need clear structure and defined processes, this may not be the right fit. If you love jumping on problems, taking ownership, and moving fast, it is honestly the best place to be at!

      Legora is a place with high trust and ownership to the individual, where you're expected to shape and challenge how the business runs. People thrive when they take extreme ownership and execute relentlessly, push back on how things are done to improve the business, let the strongest argument win regardless of rank, bring a can-do energy, and stay low-ego and team-first in how they operate.

      Cons

      Processes and ways of working change constantly, so there's no fixed career ladder or siloed ownership here. If you're looking for a structured career trajectory or a clearly defined lane of ownership, this isn't the right fit. Compensation package to be improved.

      High talent density, no ego, intense pressure and pace

      Pros

      Amazing talent density while keeping an environment with very little ego in decisions. Fastest pace I've ever seen. Zero bs. Great problems to work on, and bleeding edge tech.

      Cons

      It is a war machine in terms of pressure, expectations, and rhythm of change. Every week is different, and direction can pivot drastically from one day to the other as the company reacts to the metagame.
