Pros

Legora is one of the most exciting companies I've worked for. The pace of growth is incredible, but what makes the difference day to day is the people. There's a highly collaborative, low-ego culture. From day one, I felt welcomed and trusted to make an impact. The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in building a great company. There's a clear vision for where the business is going, and it's energizing to be surrounded by colleagues who care deeply about the product, customers, and each other. If you're looking for a place where you can learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to something meaningful, Legora offers a huge amount of opportunity.

Cons

Our rapid growth means priorities can evolve quickly, and processes are still maturing in some areas. If you prefer highly structured environments with everything already defined... the pace and constant change may take some adjusting to!

Pros

The trajectory here is super exciting, and you're surrounded by intellectually sharp colleagues who push you to do better work. The office perks and amenities great and the work itself is captivating, never dull. On top of that, the org structure stays flat and ego stays low, so good ideas get heard regardless of title.

Cons

To me, it's not a con, but this place moves fast, and the only constant is change. If it's a fit for you, there's no better place to be, but it can be overwhelming for people who aren't ready for that pace. There's a lot of work to get through, and this isn't a 9 to 5, so you need to be genuinely passionate about what we're building from day one.
