Pros

Great interaction with general public, real estate and industry with an extensive need for information or servicing

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, if additional training is requested is denied with multiple excuses that only keep you stucked in the same position. Lacking insights what good customer servicing means. Being a sub contractor for HUD, means that managers and team leaders treat you as they see fit or their mood for the day

Pros

Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation. So I am much happier now

Cons

I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

Pros

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
