There is a policy of no sick pay what-so-ever. Working hours are 9-6. Small 2% pension contribution from company. I had serious problems being paid when I joined the company. I've known people to be working until 3am due to unrealistic promises made to clients by management. Lessons were not learnt from this. Poor communication on important matters with emails going ignored.
