Pros
I feel like a lot of the other reviews are either "this is the worst company ever" or "this is the best company ever" I wouldn't really trust those reviews as they seem to be very biased. I believe the truth lies in between. I personally like working here and I know that it could be a lot worse, so I wouldn't even consider leaving it as of right now although I know there are things to be improved. The people are nice and there isn't a lot of pressure/stress depending on your role and position; people are nice about new comers and it's possible to see that they're actually trying to improve (both on the internal processes and benefits); senior employees are open for new ideas as well and I (again, personally) feel valued. The technology stack is a plus and a lot of the candidates for a new position mention that when applying.
Cons
The hours are quite long and there isn't a lot of proper benefits.
