Upper management gas lights issues that are brought up, no work life balance. After the lay offs myself and the store manager did they work of 4-5 people, had gone through at least 8 PT managers in 6 months, with no extra help in sight just” it will get better” yeah right. Working with no break because typically you’re the only manager on duty, no work life balance, mentally exhausted and let alone the physically damage it did to me. Literally was ready to come back from being on MLOA and having surgery I had seen what my raise was, literally a joke 49 cents!!! After over 7 years I was at $20 an hour with that raise. And was told that come APR it would be negotiated. Yeah right another lie. Let alone I went to the store and saw what a disgusting chaotic mess it was so I tender my resignation. I no longer wanted to be a part of something that didn’t value me let alone care about how we had things organized. Not to mention the store manager quit a few months ago. It’s a shame to lose good people to a business that only cares about money.
