      Pros

      Big company with all disciplines within construction - so great exposure to the most advanced technology in the CM industry - I grew a ton while working here. Company really helped employee to grow in their professional path - I gained my licensed while working here. Great work life balance - I barely work lately past 5pm like most of the compnies do.

      Cons

      There is very little cons in my opinion.

      Diverse project backlog, flexibility, and lax dress code.

      Cons

      Ever since the parent company has taken more involvement in the company the work benefits have disappeared and the pay is mediocre to say the least.
