Cons
Entry level employees are moved around too often, routines change every 3 - 9 months which makes it difficult to establish a sound routine. Added responsibilities are verbally directed. Emails have a limited space often 1GB. PM's aren't always experienced in their roles. Standards change, and there's no room for change of how methods are adjusted to fit the new standards. Jobs are often generalized. The role is limited to following directive. No recycling bins in the field. Hard copies of the submittals are too often missed placed or removed from the office for special inspections. Computers do not always have compatible software. Overtime requires PM & client approval.
