Pros

Location and interesting projects and many PE's but be careful they will set you up.

Cons

This is a boys club type of company. They do not train and expect long hours. Management will throw you under the bus at any means. I would not like to disclose the department but one manager changed my status to probation then took me off probation and then terminated the next day based on "performance" when in reality it was because I did not fit in the "circle".

Diverse project backlog, flexibility, and lax dress code.

Cons

Ever since the parent company has taken more involvement in the company the work benefits have disappeared and the pay is mediocre to say the least.
